Euro TCS Systems places a high priority on providing excellent technical support to accompany the TAC 3000 from sales through to initial installation and commissioning to site modifications and final decommissioning. This is accomplished through maintaining a sufficiently high ratio of technicians to systems to enable us to respond to requests for installations/modifications etc in a timely, efficient manner. Weekend and out of hours cover is provided and our goal is to minimise crane downtime.
